April

aprils a new month, a new month in which i can regain my strength and once and for all start a new journey. so starting april you will see weekly updates on how im doing and my progress.

i hope that i can be inspirational to some of you who diet and binge, just like i did.

i hope to eat a very limited amount of calories, all of which will be healthy. gross right? also a little cardio wouldnt hurt, or a lot. so we'll see where cardio and counting calories gets me.

even though its barely the 24th of march, that still gives me a week. im going to use this week to prepare myself for what im about to do, im not going to binge seeing as that will make it harder for me to commit.
